Right before the Microsoft Management Summit I had a chance to sit down and interview Kristin Shulik from one of our TAP customers – Avanade. Avanade is an IT consultancy located here in the Seattle area which made for a close working relationship throughout the product lifecycle. They really provided some great feedback to us. They were one of the first customers to go live into production with Service Manager RC and RTM.
In this video, I ask Kristin some questions about what the value is that they are getting out of Service Manager vs. what they were doing/using prior to Service Manager.
