Support Tip: Having problems monitoring clients in Operations Manager? Check this first

FIXHere’s a quick tip that might help you quickly resolve your monitoring related problem in Operations Manager. In Microsoft product support, we see lots of these kinds of cases get resolved by simply having the customer update to the latest version of the Management Pack (MP). The specific symptoms can vary, so you may find that you don’t see a product in your environment and you expect it to be monitored or something similar, but as a general best practice, any time you encounter a problem related to monitoring, first make sure you have the latest version of the Management Pack. For a list of the latest Management Packs see the following:

If you upgrade that Management Pack there’s a good chance that just may resolve your issue.
