Sorry, I'm a bit confused. I read through the link (above) to SharePoint
SE licensing. ("The licensing model used by Exchange Server SE is the
same as Microsoft Product Terms")If I have a single hybrid Exchange 2019
licence with say 10 CALs on Windows Server 2019 with one Microsoft 365
E3 and E5 and...
In the past, it was recommended that you use pre-authentication to
access OWA. For example, the Microsoft Entra application proxy can be
used to do this. Can I get around this by using Hybrid Modern
Authentication for OWA?
We got a message in Message Center April 1st. Message ID : MC764454 ,
"We will begin this rollout in late March 2024 and complete by mid-April
2024."I can only assume at this point the change has been completed?
There isn't any further status information. But if anyone from Microsoft
can confirm?
I'm really not concerned about removing the "last server" and I can get
along just fine without the ability to perform an underlying OS
upgrade..I would much prefer to see Microsoft focused on DKIM/DMARC/etc
as well as meaningful QA of CUs and SUs so that we never see another
fiasco like the March 2...
@DavidYorkshire, yes in-place upgrade is supported in single server
environments, too. As for OWA, nothing to share at this time, but it is
something we're looking into post Exchange SE CU1.
