I recently had the pleasure of working with Bob on some latency issues we were having on our 2007 Exchange servers and MSExchange OWA Average Search Time(s).  I could tell right away that I was speaking to someone that had the utmost experience and expertise when dealing with Exchange.  Thank you Bob for all your help and I’m sure you will be a great reference and mentor to other members of the MSExchangeTeam community.
