Dude, Where’s My Table of Contents?!

So, you’re reading all sorts of good stuff in the Library in the Exchange TechCenter, when, all of a sudden, the Table of Contents in the left-hand pane disappears! Where the #*$! did it go? Calm down, and hit T on the keyboard. Whoa! It’s back! Such a relief. But, hey, now you’re thinking that all that extra space was kinda cool when the TOC was gone.you don’t need no stinkin’ TOC. What to do? That’s right, just hit T! It’s gone again! Hit T! It’s back! Go forth and amaze your friends.

Thanks Alison! Are there any other usability tips for the technet site? And if, more important, where can I find them myself? Or is it just a matter of RTFM :-) Christian

Christian (and anyone else who might be interested), here’s one other tip. If you’re ever in a low-bandwidth situation but you gotta have your TechNet, just type (loband) in the URL. So, if the URL is http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124558.aspx”>http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124558.aspx

    you’d add (loband) like this:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124558(loband).aspx

The page you’ll get isn’t fancy, but, hey, it’ll do the job.

This is really cool – I actually used this to browse some of the lowband pages on my iphone (2.5g) It loaded alot faster…very cool

now if they could just make an iphone freindly display of the content!
