I was an Exchange administrator for eleven years before coming to Microsoft. I started administering Exchange with the release of the Exchange 4.0 beta and continued through Exchange 2003. In those eleven years, I developed and provided training for, documented, designed, implemented, and administered Exchange for two global corporations and one Web startup. At Microsoft, I write Outlook Web Access documentation for end users and system administrators. Being a part of the Exchange community has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of people. When I'm not working with or writing about Exchange, I spend time playing with my two dogs, reading, hiking, and bicycling.
