Alex recently discussed his experience working with product support to get a hotfix for Exchange. Brandon blogged about how to do this a couple of weeks ago.

P.S. If you're using Exchange 5.5 in combination with Outlook 2003 and cached mode, you probably want to check out the same hotfix that Alex mentions in this entry.
