New category under Developer Tools, Runtimes, and Redistributables

A new product category called Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime will be added under the product family called Developer Tools, Runtimes, and Redistributables. The new category will include updates for the Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime Redistributables.
