A Troubleshooting Test Lab Guide (TLG) summarizes the key troubleshooting tools for a product or feature, displays the results of the tools in the working test lab, and contains a series of troubleshooting scenarios to practice troubleshooting techniques. Each troubleshooting scenario guides the reader through breaking the configuration of the test lab in a specific way, demonstrating the effect on the product or feature functionality, and then performing root cause analysis of the problem.
