Back in September, we announced that we were closing the registration for the current Windows Intune beta. It should be noted however, that this does not mean the beta is over! Those of you with Windows Intune beta accounts are still encouraged to log in to the service, try out various features and provide your comments on your experiences. Recently we‘ve noticed a decline in forum activity, and not much feedback coming in through the Feedback form. Don’t forget that if you don’t log into the service once in a while, the PCs you are managing may become vulnerable…you may need to check updates, malware occurrences and so forth to keep your PCs secure.
Take some time in the next few days and re-visit Windows Intune. Try a few things, such as:
- Approve any security-related or critical updates so your PCs remain in a happy state.
- Add a new PC to your inventory, and review the hardware/software information to verify its accuracy.
- Try running a remote assistance session. Try transferring a file, and the chat feature.
Most of all, let us know what you think! Visit our forum and leave a comment or ask a question. Go to the feedback form and tell us how you like Windows Intune! Did everything work as expected? Did anything not work as expected? What would you like to see in future versions? This is all important input so that we can deliver the best solution possible. We love to hear what you think!
