Important Information About The Windows Intune beta

Important Information about this Windows Intune beta:

The Windows Intune Team would like to thank you for your participation in the April release of this beta! Please be advised that the April Windows Intune beta will be decommissioned on August 9th, 2010 and after this date, you will no longer be able to log into the service and manage computers.  We are excited to announce that a new release of the Windows Intune beta service is now available and we encourage you to sign up for an account at .

What this means:

When the current Windows Intune beta is closed down, computers you are managing with Windows Intune will no longer be able receive their Windows updates.  You should remove the Windows Intune client from these computers to restore them to their original configuration.  Instructions on how to remove the Windows Intune client can be found here:

If you choose to enroll in the new Windows Intune beta service, you will be able to install your new client software without uninstalling the current beta client software.  Your computers will then be directed to the new beta service for updates and reporting.

We look forward to your participation and feedback in the new Windows Intune beta release.  To learn more, visit our TechCenter site, here:
