What a delight to find such a simple and fun example of a great VB game, in our inbox last week!
This takes me back to the days of "Crash" magazine (for the ZX Spectrum)
| Someone had the great idea of putting simple games they wrote as compiled machine code - just raw 0's and 1's - filling many pages of the magazine.We could copy to a file and run it! How's that for download speed, by monthly magazine!I remember a 3d maze game that I spent weeks copying by eye, 101101011000100001010111010110101001.. etcA very early lesson in "human error" and careful work practices! |
