Wiki Life – Portal Technet Wiki – Articles End-to-End

Hello Community,

Today in Wiki Life I will talk about how the Technet Wiki Portal can help with the technical community!

Through this portal, we have various information regarding the technologies of Microsoft and also third-party, where there are many articles on integrations.

Unlike textbooks or articles related news or features behind the Technet Wiki with information step by step to the "End-to-End" configuration of a feature or product.

See some examples categorized by topics:

ALM

Azure

System Center

Windows Server

Office 365

Enjoy!

  1. Thanks, Alan! I remember our early meetings back in 2010 where we pitched the concept of the portal, and I mocked up an early list of the portals to show the team what it might look like. It’s been quite a journey!

    Thanks 🙂
But where is "SQL Server" 🙁 how come people dont remmeber this category in first place (or at least in the top 5).

Ronen I guess people who know SQL server only post about them. Generally focus is on Azure and cloud solution. If I get to write blog I will mostly post about SQL server. But IMO if you are posting information about portal it must be through and inclusive.
I guess we have already talked about this once in Durval’s post

  4. Exactly Ed! It’s incredible!

  5. Guys, forgive me! SQL is actually among the first, the issues I discussed here, would be lost without SQL !!! 🙂

  6. Hi, Anyone knows how to setup PKI over win 2012 with two tier hierarchical model and how it will work?

  7. Ed (DareDevil57) says:

    thanks

  8. Ronen, as you probably know, the Wiki Portals have a hierarchy. If you click on the "Technology" portal on the Wiki main page, there are links to many SQL articles. Also, the Portal of Portals (linked to the right on the main page) links several (8) SQL
Server portals (in the TOC under "SQL Server").

    Thanks Alan for sharing!
