I’ll need to update this later with more info. =^)
Ed…Love to see you on top.
Does author means here anyone who has written an article ?
Shanky, Yes, one or more articles. The goal is that making someone an author means that they’ll write more than one article, but it has happened where someone will only be able to write 1-3 articles.
I have written 4 ( all of them got some award) does it even comes under category of being an author.I know it won’t be, as considered to others, but was just curious. Also waiting for my Interview to be done.
Thank you Ed.
Thanks 🙂
Shanky, I’m sorry. That was confusing. I meant blog posts… we hope people will do several blog posts once they become blog authors.
Regarding becoming a blog author, I linked to the requirements at the top of this blog post. Here are the requirements: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/18105.wiki-ninjas-blog-how-to-become-an-author.aspx
You need to author 20 articles, make 100 edits, leave 30 comments on the Wiki site, and 30 comments on this blog. And then you also need to be interviewed for the Monday interviews and you need to be known for something else (like winning awards in the TechNet Guru contests).
Shanky, to be interviewed, can you email me? It’s edprice at Microsoft.
Thanks!
Ed ….Thanks I mailed you Edprice@microsoft.com Hope address is correct
This could be a real reference if it was complete.. We could share this wonderful team arround the world.
I started filling in the additional info.
Gokan, what do you mean? More info about each person? I started doing that. What kind of info would you expect to be here?
Okay. I’m officially done adding in all the info! Sorry, I had some HTML bugs with this blog post, so it took awhile. If I do another one of these, I might need to strip some of the bullet formatting to make it easier.
Thanks again to all our bloggers!
Thanks Ed, this is great ! 🙂
This is the best article that i’ve seen in my Wiki life! Excellent work Ed!
Thanks, Gokan!
You’re welcome Benoit! And thank you for your great blog posts! You’ve been putting a lot of thought into those Wiki Life posts!
Thanks all Authors for wonderful Articles on Microsoft technologies…
People on this list are then invited to join the TechNet Wiki Community Council: http://blogs.technet.com/b/wikininjas/archive/2014/01/02/council-spotlight-who-are-the-technet-wiki-community-council-members.aspx
Raghu, thank you! People who author at least 20 articles (100 edits, 30 Wiki comments, 30 blog comments, Interviewed, and another accomplishment) are invited to join the blog, but there are also many other great contributors to TechNet Wiki!
UPDATE: I added the interviews, and I added images to Luiz, XAML guy, and Hezequias.
