Top Contributors of the Week - Snapshot, Analysis & AWARDS!

Welcome to another analysis of contributions to TechNet Wiki over the last week (Sat-Fri)

Firstly, the traditional screen grab from the website, captured for posterity...

Ed and Luiz have been battling it out, head to head, for most of the week, but Ed just upped his game, to finish an impressive 11 points ahead. Better luck next week Luiz!

My analysis of the Updated Pages feed is now much more inclusive, allowing me to get a better picture of the week's activities.

I am now including every update to every article that has been revised, within the week's date range.
As most of us re-edit our articles at least once, this is also catching most new articles too.
I also collect summaries for each contributor, then total up various stats, which I present to you below.

Enough chat, on with the reward ceremony!

Most Revisions Award Who has made the most individual revisions

The person that has saved the most revisions across all their week's article updates is Ed Price - MSFT with a monster number of 62 revisions in a week!

Luiz Henrique Lima Campos comes in second with an impressive 56 revisions across 10 articles.

Serhad MAKBULOGLU and yottun8 share third place with 36 revisions over 20 and 22 articles, respectively.

Most Articles Updated Award Who has updated the most articles

The wiki fiddler who has updated the most articles this week is Ed Price - MSFT with 45 articles updated!

In second place is yottun8 for editing 22 articles.

Third place goes to Serhad MAKBULOGLU with 20 artcles updated.

Most Updated Article Award Largest amount of updated content in a single article

The document that has had the largest amount of change this week is:

Configuring Database Availability Group in Exchange Server 2010‏ (en-US)

It had a big chunk hacked out of it by Scott Schnoll [MSFT]

Longest Article Award  Biggest article updated this week

The biggest document to receive significant changes this week is the huge Cómo incrustar SQL Server Express en una aplicación (es-ES) (which is the Spanish translation of How to Embed SQL Server Express in an Application)

It was Master Ninja Ed Price - MSFT again, creeping around behind the scenes, true ninja style, tweaking the tags, in this case he added a "Translated into Spanish" tag.

Highest Revision Award Article with the highest revision number

The document that has been updated with the highest revision number this week is the world famous Wiki: Technologies Portal , which is now on revision 398!!

This week it was edited by Ed Price - MSFT, stayros babis & pmdci

Most Edited Article Award Article with most revisers

The document revised by the most people is Sysprep no Windows Server 2012 e Windows 8 (pt-BR)

It was edited by FOUR contributors this week:

Serhad MAKBULOGLU, Caio Vilas Boas, Fernando Lugão Veltem & Vinicius Mozart

Smallest Significant Edit Award Size isn't everything! Every edit counts.

Every contribution to TechNet Wiki counts. This is why this week I'd like to highlight the ninja tweak to Guia de Sobrevivência: Windows 8

Luiz Henrique Lima Campos simply added a cross-link to his relevant article Criptografar uma unidade USB com BitLocker no Windows 8.

Linking articles from portal pages is one of the most important things we can do, to add more cohesion to the wiki.

Congratulations as always, to all the above!

Blah blah

Best regards,
Pete Laker
