Happy Birthday, Dad! v2.0

Frequent visitors to this space may recall that today is my father's birthday. I wish we all were in Vermont to celebrate with him, but we're in Redmond battening down the hatches.

When things are going well at work (which they do the vast majority of the time), my efforts are at best a pale reflection of my dad's work ethic and example as a scientist and a professional. It's a privilege to be part of his legacy.

I miss you, Dad, and I love you very much. I hope your day was simply grand, and I'll see you soon.
