I've previously blogged on this contest in March and in June.. and now the finalists are ready for your consideration.

Twelve projects -- including a personalized print newspaper/magazine, an all-terrain self-maneuverable robot, and an X-10 smart house system -- are vying to be crowned the winner and receive the US$10,000 first price.
