.Net Inside Microsoft: Meet Brad Uhrich

One of my teammates passed along this link from Channel 9, which offers up a 48:44 video of our teammate Brad Uhrich discussing our application, and our team's use of .Net.

While it's a .Net-centric discussion, much of the conversation focuses on the challenges we faced in designing a global system. There's lots of material in Brad's discussion that is of interest to database designers.

Brad was on my original interview loop at Microsoft in 1999, and is a technical and musical genius who also happens to be a first-class human being. He's definitely one of the good guys, and his discussion is well worth your time and attention..
