On July 1st, MSDN with Visual Studio became available for order on the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA). This addition enables a more native and improved experience of MSDN subscription management while removing a major obstacle for our customers wishing to move to the MPSA in light of the Select Plus retirement.
What this means:
MSDN Administrators can now manage their subscriptions in a focused MSDN Portal
The MPSA will keep accurate track of the MSDN subscriptions the customer has purchased and been provisioned
Single sign-on experience between the MPSA and the new MSDN Portal
The new MSDN Portal provides significantly more functionality and efficiency for managing MSDN subscriptions, both in bulk and individually
Until now, MSDN has not been available to the vast majority of customers transacting on the MPSA. This addition makes it the perfect time for customers who are especially interested in MSDN with Visual Studio subscriptions to utilize the MPSA and enjoy the more flexible and modern licensing experience.
For those who already have an MPSA and have been looking forward to purchasing MSDN and Visual Studio subscriptions, they can now easily add it to their current agreement in the volume of their choosing. Furthermore, MSDN with Visual Studio subscriptions up for renewal can be done so directly through the MPSA, in conjunction with bulk upload and download capabilities between the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) and MSDN portal. See below for pictures showing various new capabilities within the portal:

Customers should work with their Partners to both onboard to the MPSA, and order MSDN subscriptions.
