On a related note, our latest technical pilot had amazing results. Our satisfaction ratings for the overall experience was pushing what Microsoft calls World Class. :) For LOL, the satisfaction jumped 10% and sits a little bit below world class. The goal of my team and I is to ensure that the gap does not exist.
