Duplicate VMs created on destination during cluster-to-cluster migration

After fixing the errors when performing a Live (VSM) migration, we found that on the destination host/cluster duplicate VMs/Roles in Failover Cluster Manager were created. The following video demonstrates this behaviour:

This issue was acknowledged and now FIXED in VMM 2012 R2 Rollup 3 (https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2965414).
