Removing your Email Address from a Reply All message in Windows Mobile

 

An Issue faced by a lot of customer is the problem of Reply All when your email address is added to the list and you end up with a response in your inbox. To get rid of this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Activesync
  2. Choose Menu
  3. Choose Options
  4. Highlight Email
  5. Click on Settings
  6. Click on Advanced
  7. There you can enter your primary email address and that email won’t be added to the reply all list.

Please note that the email address is case sensitive.
