On Thursday, February 24, more than 11 customer and partners will gather at the Microsoft Technology Center in New York to showcase technology solutions that are changing the face of the financial services industry.

The financial services industry has experienced unprecedented change over the last eighteen months and is still facing many challenges related to economic uncertainty, mergers, increased regulation and retaining customer loyalty. As the economy begins to improve, financial services companies are looking at technology as a way to differentiate from the competition, manage and mitigate risk, reduce costs and focus on world-class customer organizations.

Through demonstrations, insights from industry luminaries and interviews, media attendees will discover how financial services companies are utilizing specific technologies to gain a competitive edge

In its inaugural year, the Financial Services Technology Showcase will feature key remarks from Stanley Young, chief executive officer for NYSE Technologies and Colleen Healy, general manager, Microsoft Financial Services Group.
