Good morning partners,

I am attending Microsoft Ignite, and earlier this week, we announced the release of Windows Server 2016.  Here is the complete announcement.  As the announcement says:

Windows Server 2016 is available for evaluation beginning today and will be on the October price list. Volume licensing customers will be able to download fully licensed software at General Availability in mid-October.

So for now, you can only get your hands on the evaluation version, but this article, in the Converting a current evaluation version to a current retail version, talks about how you can upgrade the full GUI version of the evaluation version to a current retail version once they are available.

Until next time,

Rob
