The most overlooked product at Microsoft

Dynamics CRM has been a key product in the Microsoft family of products for over a decade, but is often overlooked by our infrastructure focused partners. I think that’s ironic since Dynamics CRM is one of the most complex Microsoft product to implement because it integrates with so many other Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Internet Information Server, Exchange Server, not to mention the full desktop suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. If you want to make sure the rest of the Microsoft stack sticks at a customer, implement Dynamics CRM!

But often this message doesn’t resonate because CRM is a foreign and disturbing topic to many infrastructure partners. So how do we get beyond the fear of the unknown? Make it known.

On June 10th, 2015 the Partner Technical Services team is excited to share a new initiative focused on helping you learn about your internal usage licenses for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, a benefit of your MPN membership. Partners who consume this MPN membership benefit sell approximately three times larger deals. Learn how to best demo CRM Online and watch some easy-to-implement, real-world scenarios to help you sell Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
