Restricting Access to Office 365

I have a client going on E3 shortly (small number of users) and that’s been decided.  However, they have asked me if it’s possible to restrict some users to only access Office 365 while at their Office Location, so from one specific identifiable network.  This includes restricting access to the portal, not allowing access to mail from Outlook or OWA, no access to OneDrive for Business, pretty much everything unless they are on the Office Network
