Practice Accelerator for Office 365

As you kick off FY15 I wanted to make sure you are aware of MPN benefits you can take advantage of that will accelerate establishment of a successful Office 365 practice.  Your technical specialists can sign up for this instructor lead, interactive course to help them quickly learn how to deploy Microsoft Office 365.

The Office 365 Practice Accelerator provides you with Microsoft Services best practices and resources to help you accelerate time to market, increase customer wins and retention, and improve delivery quality through proven guidance.

In addition to interactive discussions, the instructor will review materials provided in the Practice Accelerator toolkit which includes project guides, templates, architecture guidance, and planning and design guides that can be leveraged in your business and with customers.

The cost is five partner advisory hours and your time commitment is approximately eight hours.   Cloud Accelerate members and Microsoft Action Pack Subscription partners can currently  register at no cost!

This is just one of many Practice Accelerators you can select from to help kick start a successful FY15. 

As a follow on to the Office 365 Practice Accelerator you can request eligibility to participate in a new offering call Microsoft Office 365 Deployment Shadowing Service which is  focused on supporting you throughout the lifecycle of an Office 365 migration. This offering will accelerate the enablement, presales, and deployment of partner-led Office 365 customer engagements. The offering is designed to match the size and complexity of your customer deployment to cover small (1-50), medium (50-250) and large (250-2500) seat deployments. The costs runs from 10 to 50 advisory hours.

With all new solutions, the first deal can be the hardest and cloud projects for larger customers can be complex. Through the Office 365 Deployment Shadowing Service  program, you will have access to a dedicated Partner Solutions Consultant to shadow your team throughout the engagement.  This offering is limited to the first 500 requests so don’t delay if you are interested.
