New Office 365 Partner Admin Features

Fantastic news for you Office 365 sellers that leverage the Partner Portal to provide additional services for your customers. Prior to this feature update, you were able to:
- Create trial invitations
- Create purchase offers
- Create delegated admin requests
- Search for customers (by domain)
- Perform delegated admin tasks
We are in the process of rolling out the following new features to your Partner Portal:
- View the customers in which you have delegated admin permissions – all in one place
- Easily find, select and perform administrative tasks on behalf of your customers
- View your customers’ Office 365 service health status and details
- Create, edit and view service requests on behalf of your customers
I just checked my own Partner test tenant and I received the following notification (if you haven’t seen this yet, be patient, we’re rolling out the new features over the next few weeks):
