A new tool is available to help you and your customers when they wish to set up some common mailbox sharing requests. These are called Guided Walkthroughs and walk the viewer through the steps required to achieve the scenario they are looking to solve.
There are 5 new Guided Walkthroughs available:
- Sharing calendar and contacts in Office 365
- Setting up a mailbox that multiple users can access and use in Office 365
- Sending email from another person's mailbox or from a group in Office 365
- Accessing other people’s mailboxes in Office 365
- Creating and managing resource mailboxes (conference rooms/equipment) in Office 365
Note there are scenarios for various Office 365 SKUs including Small Business, Midsize and Enterprise plans. There is more info on these Guided Walkthroughs available on the Exchange Team Blog here.
