Small Business Competency: Vouchers for Exam 74-324

Josh Condie Headshot

Josh Condie – In continuing the theme of the blog entry that my friend and colleague Steve Deming posted about 3 weeks back (8/8/12), Microsoft is now making free exam vouchers available for individuals who were unable to pass exam 74-323.  The voucher is for the new exam: 74-324.

If you have been researching the Small Business Competency, you may have read the feedback on the 74-323 Exam and that Microsoft is releasing a revised exam 74-324: Administering Office 365 for Small Businesses.

In addition, the Jump Start readiness resource is hosting a multi-day, multi-hour webcast on Administering Office 365 for Small Businesses: http://msl-events.cloudapp.net/LobbyArea.aspx?eid=bc3f8905-867e-45ba-8f69-c750a1858c5d#

as announced by Eric Ligmann: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mssmallbiz/archive/2012/08/07/announcing-the-administering-office-365-for-small-businesses-jump-start-for-the-74-324-exam.aspx

Details:

For those partner organizations who failed to attain the competency due to the inability of individuals to pass 70-323, free exam vouchers are being made available. To qualify, the organization must be in-process in the SB competency and individuals must have failed the 70-323 exam prior to August 18th. There is a limit of 2 vouchers per organization, and the free exam vouchers may only be used for 74-324. Please have partners send their name, partner org name, and proof of failure of 70-323 exam (from Prometric) to ExamVoucher74-324.

Best,

Josh Condie

You guys are giving free vouchers to people who failed the harder test? How about giving free vouchers to the partners who currently have the SBSC designation? Those are the folks Microsoft wants to take the SB Competency, right?
