How do you respond when your customers ask you “Why Microsoft?”

As Microsoft Partners, you are tasked with not only knowing about Microsoft technologies but also some of our competitors’ solutions.

That’s a lot to know!

When your customers ask you to tell them “Why Microsoft” is a better solution than another one they have heard about, how do you respond?

As your customers’ trusted advisor, I’m sure you can just say “Trust me. I’m a Microsoft Partner” Smile

But for those skeptical customers, there’s a website that can help you get your points across!

www.WhyMicrosoft.com has been available for quite some time, and some of my fellow TS2ers have mentioned it in some of their posts, but I wanted to remind everyone to check it out again!

If you haven’t visited the site in while, you may not know that there have been a number of updates.

In the “How We Compare” section you can see how our solutions stack up against:

Additionally, your customers will be able to read about our business value and hear from other customers just like them.
