Is Windows 7 Bitlocker FIPS 140-2 Approved?

I need a little help researching a topic and I’m hoping you can get me started. I need to know if Windows 7 Bit-locker encryption is NIST Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 approved? I have a non-profit that will need to comply with some pending Department of Justice regulations.

Any advice as to where to start?

I went straight to NIST and searched for “Windows 7” FIPS and found the following NIST reference: https://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/documents/140-1/1401val2010.htm#1332

which appears to confirm FIPS 140-2 certification.
