Looking for a way to start with SQL Server or Visual Studio???

I recently delivered a SQL Server 2008 R2 webcast and while talking about the versions the Express edition, which is FREE, came up. One of the big changes from SQL Server 2008 Express edition is the database size. It is now 10GB in SQL Server 2008 R2 Express edition.
