Software Assurance Home Use Program

The last time you spoke with us, delivering Office 2010 VL training you mentioned that Home Use Rights is a new feature in Open Business VL with Software Assurance. We were recently told by a licensing specialist that Home Use Rights is a feature of Open Value with Software Assurance.
Can you confirm who is right and if possible provide a Microsoft link that documents this?

The Home Use Program is a benefit of Software Assurance regardless of which licensing program SA is attached to. That includes both Open Business with SA or Open Value (which always includes SA) So, we are all correct.
