As I’ve interacted with many Partners and customers over the past year discussing Microsoft Online Services, the one question that often came up is “How do we know when there are service interruptions from the Online services verses networking issues with our own service provider or our network”?  I’m happy to say we can help you easily answer part of that question today with the introduction of the Microsoft Online Services Health Dashboard which is directly available to our BPOS-Standard customers today.

Here is a screenshot example of what Dashboard looks like when you first log in.

The Microsoft Online Service Health Dashboard is a step forward in our efforts to continuously improve our ability to provide our customers with current, accurate and complete information about our services. The Service Health Dashboard provides customers with a greater level of transparency into the status of all Microsoft Online services and tools with detailed current and historical information for our three regions: Americas, serving customers in North America and Latin America (NOAM); Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

Administrators can log into their region-specific Service Health Dashboard using their Microsoft Online Services user name and password.
