Full Package Product (FPP) Individual Office Application Portable Use Rights

We have received a couple of inquires in regards to portability rights on individual FPP applications such as Word 2010, Excel 2010, Visio 2010, etc.
How can we verify if these FPP versions have portability rights?

This one took some digging. First off, did you know we don’t call them End User License Agreements (EULAs) anymore? I didn’t! They are now called Microsoft Software License Terms (MSLTs).
Based on the Office MSLT found here:
Full Package Product (FPP) for Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. can be installed on the desktop and the portable computer under the Portable Use Rights just like the Office suites. (1.2.c)
BTW if it is a Product Key Card (PKC) activated suite, there is NO Portable Use Right clause!

“What I want to let you know about is that MS has a web site that publishes ALL of the End User License Terms for FPP & OEM products, which allows customers to pull up the actual End User License Terms for any OEM or FPP product thereby allowing customers to identify what legal rights they have for any MS FPP or OEM products”
