Partner Technical Services (PTS) provides Microsoft partners with services and assistance across the customer lifecycle. Through PTS, you can get onboarding training for Microsoft technologies and methodologies, technical presales assistance, and deployment and migration guidance.

Most webcasts delivered by Partner Technical Services are offered at no charge to all members of the Microsoft Partner Network. Some webcasts require using Partner Advisory Hours, a benefit offered to silver and gold competency partners, and to Action Pack subscribers that have completed an eligible cloud sale.
