As part of our ongoing efforts to stay in touch and improve satisfaction, Microsoft is sponsoring the bi-annual Global Relationship Survey. The week of March 8th, you’ll receive an invitation from IPSOS, our research vendor, with a link to an online customer satisfaction survey. (Not every partner will receive an invitation to participate.) We understand that you are extremely busy…hopefully selling Microsoft solutions, but that being said, we are in this together, and your valuable feedback is critical to our partnership. We’ve re-designed the survey so that it should only take about 20 minutes to complete.
