Believe it or not, it’s time for the FY10 H1 Global Relationship Study survey!!
Hey Folks - It’s back to school time for MSFT. It’s that time of year when we ask our partners and customers to complete a report card on how we’re doing on all fronts.
I want to make sure that all of our MS partners are aware that the surveys will be hitting inboxes all over Central Region this week. Your feedback is critical and has led to some great improvements within the partner eco-system. Here are a few important steps to ensure that your voice is heard:
1. Add the domain “@satisfaction.ipsos.com” to your company’s SPAM accepted list or your email contacts list prior to 9/14, otherwise the invitation may be blocked.
2. Please complete the survey upon receipt, it only takes about 20 minutes and your feedback is critical to help improve our interactions with the partner community.
3. If you start the survey, but aren’t able to complete it (aka Suspended Survey), you can go back and complete the survey at another time. However, contacts with incomplete surveys do not receive reminder notices, nor can the survey be resent.
Not everyone will receive an invitation to participate. Survey participants are chosen randomly from the partner enrollment system. As of right now, we do not have the ability to change contact details or add new contacts. Any edits need to be made by our partners in the partner enrollment system for the next survey.
The survey will be sent to customers and partners beginning the week of September 14th and you will have until October 16th to complete it. The partner segment is expected to receive their invitations starting on September 16th.
I have officially hit the 5 month mark with Microsoft and it’s been exhilarating! I look forward to meeting more of you as I hit the road for events, Partner Briefings and Licensing Bootcamps.
