AMT Firmware versions 4.2 and 5.2 are supported on ConfigMgr 2007 SP1 and SP2
System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP1 and SP2 now supports AMT firmware versions 4.2 and version 5.2 with a minimum revision of 5.2.10 with the out of band management feature for both in-band provisioning and out of band provisioning. No software updates are required.
Opalis Software Availability and Roadmap News
Customers who are licensed for SMSE/SMSD will be receiving notifications of the grant of Opalis software. Any SMSE or SMSD customer with active Software Assurance on or after December 10 2009 will receive the Opalis grant. Trail Software is available from Opalis.com (redirected to MS Download Center in the upcoming weeks). There are MMS sessions planned for Opalis and expansion of interoperatability capabilities through Integration Packs is planned for UNIX, Linux Radhat, SUSE and the System Center Suite.

MDT Debugger
When creating and configuring an LTI deployment solution there is one thing that can cause frustration: debugging custom scripts. This nifty little tool makes debugging most custom actions, script or not, simpler and prevents MDT from terminating with the red error screen if the custom action has failed.

Troubleshooting alert storms in OpsMgr 2007
