SPGhostTool - Tool to fix broken setup path values in files without having to modify the database
WSS PM recently released a codeplex tool that you may find useful for fixing ghosted file issues in SharePoint. The tool uses the PRIME APIs to export and import an individual file to fix up the setup path value.
