IT secrets for keeping users happy

It's important to remember your users. Most of the changes you make to your systems, policies, and procedures will have at least some user impact. And happy users mean happy system administrators, right?

Writing in our Field Notes column for the September 2007 issue of TechNet Magazine, Michael Dragone explains how good user education is critical to keeping issues to a minimum, and provides some handy tips for keeping users educated and happy.
