The Test Lab Guide: System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=210620) is now available.

This new modular Test Lab Guide (TLG) from Senior Technical Writer John Downing uses the Base Configuration Test Lab Guide, the SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Test Lab Guide, and System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 to create a working test lab for System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1. This test lab uses the Active Directory connector and demonstrates how to create and resolve an incident.
