Today’s (Cloud) Tip… Monitor Cloud Service and Virtual Machine performance

You can gather diagnostic data, enable monitoring, and set alerts based on key performance indicators.  Simply ensure that the VM Agent is installed on your virtual machine (Azure Diagnostic Extension 1.2 must be used for Worker Roles), and use the new Azure Portal or Visual Studio to enable the diagnostics and configure your metrics.
