Although Oracle (WebLogic and Oracle Database) running on Linux in Windows Azure has been supported by Oracle for a while now, there has also been a push to get WebLogic and Oracle Database  running on Windows supported in Windows Azure as well. The Windows variants were in Preview for a long time, but have recently moved to General Availability and are now fully supported.
