Tip of the Day: Quick Access Toolbar (QAT)

Today’s Tip…

In Windows 8 Explorer, there is now a configurable section of the title bar. 

By default, there is a properties icon

and a new folder icon .

This allows you to perform these actions with a single click.  

The drop down menu allows you to configure the bar with additional icons.

It's official name is the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).
