This is kind of a trick question.

SaaS implies that you are purchasing access to a fully-functional application. In Microsoft’s case, our biggest and highest profile SaaS applications is Office 365, but we also have CRM Online, Data Market, Windows Azure SQL Database, and Windows Azure Active Directory. In addition, you could make a great argument for things like Bing, MSN, and Windows Intune as being SaaS applications as well.
