Tip of the Day: CSVs up when DCs are down

Today’s tip…

Starting with Windows 2012, even if the DC is down, the cluster will still be up and we have the access to CSV. This is possible because of the local user, CLIUSR, that gets created on all the nodes and its password gets synced across each of the nodes.
