Windows Server 2012 RemoteFX supports DirectX 11.

 

Applications requiring 3rd party graphics API’s, such as OpenGL 2.0+, should not be run with an expectation of rich graphics under RemoteFX. Support for these applications may be available through 3rd parties such as Citrix HDX technology.
