Tip of the Day: CNO/VCO Easy to Find

Today’s tip…

In Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2, here are couple of easy rules to help you if you are trying to find cluster objects in Active Directory.

1. The CNO (ClusterName Object) will be created in the same container where the computer objects for nodes are stored.

2. The VCO (Virtual Cluster Object) will be created in the same container where the CNO is stored.

Also, happy Friday the 13th!
